Over time, I led global delivery organizations, managing teams of 300+ professionals across complex programs spanning application development, modernization, quality engineering, testing, and managed services.

I have worked across waterfall, agile, and hybrid models, building systems that align people, process, and technology to deliver consistent outcomes. My focus has always been on operational excellence—leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and structured execution frameworks to improve quality, predictability, and efficiency.

As I moved into client and revenue leadership, I brought this delivery depth into CXO conversations—bridging strategy and execution. This enabled me to build strong client partnerships, drive account growth, and ensure that business commitments translated into measurable results.
