He started with a strong engineering foundation, working hands-on across enterprise technologies. That experience shaped how he thinks about execution—grounded in reality, with a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver at scale and where things typically break.

Over time, he led global delivery organizations, managing teams of 300+ professionals across complex programs spanning application development, modernization, quality engineering, testing, and managed services.

He has worked across waterfall, agile, and hybrid models, building systems that align people, process, and technology to deliver consistent outcomes. His focus has always been on operational excellence—leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and structured execution frameworks to improve quality, predictability, and efficiency.

As he moved into client and revenue leadership, he brought this delivery depth into CXO conversations—bridging strategy and execution. This enabled him to build strong client partnerships, drive account growth, and ensure that business commitments translated into measurable results.
